If you are injured and it’s someone else’s fault, you may find that the other party’s insurance company immediately contacts you. Some insurance companies try to persuade you that they have your best interests at heart that you’re in “good hands”. In fact, one insurance company sends out letters to people who are injured by their policyholders and tells them that they will treat them the way they treat their own customers. Now, why would that be?

Insurance companies are in business to make money, not to pay it out. If you are injured by one of their customers they want to protect themselves, not you.
